I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were a step up from typical all-inclusive resorts – spacious, with comfortable queen-size beds, and the large shower provided excellent water pressure with consistent hot water. The property's security was top-notch, being inside a locked gate for peace of mind. The service was exceptional, going beyond the call of duty with daily housekeeping, laundry service, and a helpful staff. The location was ideal, just a block away from the beach and right in the center of town, making it convenient for exploring local attractions. Despite the slight language barrier, the location was fantastic. The dining experience, available at an additional cost around 8:30, was delicious, although I had to miss it this time. The facilities were well-equipped, including a nice pool, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were a step up from standard all-inclusive resorts, featuring convenient amenities like a safe, big refrigerator, comfortable beds, air conditioning that occasionally made the room a bit too cold, cable TV, and reliable Wi-Fi. The walk-in shower with hot water was a nice touch, making me feel right at home. However, I wished there was more control over the air conditioning to adjust the temperature better. With 2 beds in the room, sleeping arrangements were easy and comfortable.

This hotel is a gem in Boca Chica! The rooms are spacious and excellent, although they can feel a bit chilly at times. The service is top-notch with amazing and extremely friendly staff, including Herberto, Joel, and Jean Wilno. The location is perfect, just one block away from the beach and right in the center of town, making it easy to explore the area. The dining experience is superb with delicious options included in the room price. However, be aware that not knowing your way around or speaking Spanish might make the surroundings a bit intimidating.
